Hi guys,

I hope you are doing well  online,and if you aren’t, then why is that? In fact, if you’re not doing well can you let me know what you are doing? I’ve been working online for 10 years now and it hasn’t always been easy, but now I’m at the point where just making one post on this blog makes me money. I benefit from Adsense revenue, so I’m essentially getting paid to write, but also this one post also gets new subscribers and also new customers.
You know what bugs me the most about Internet marketing is all the gurus out there telling you how easy it is and how if you buy their product you’ll instantly turn your website into an instant cash machine. There is some truth in that, but it’s not as easy as the Gurus make out, it’s taken me years to discover what really works.

The worst thing that happens is that you are purchasing rehashed or outdated information and information of this type won’t get you anywhere. Geez, I should know, I’ve wasted thousands of dollars on rubbish.

Working from home and making a good living online is a dream which many people have, but alas so many are under the illusion that doing so is easy. So many internet Marketers will tell you that if you purchase their course or product then you’ll be making money in no time, but it is unlikely that you will see any return quickly. You need to establish a reputation in your niche and that takes time and you need to have a good visibility online. Sure by using forum posting, blog commenting and by using Social networks you can achieve this, but it’s not going to happen overnight. It has taken me a long time to get my online earnings up to several hundred dollars a week, (sometimes I’ll make a couple of thousand) but a couple of years ago I was lucky if I made $50 a week.

Here’s exactly how I turned my online earnings from a pittance to several hundred dollars a week.

Research a niche

This has to be the most important aspect, you need to do your keyword research and find long tail keywords which have low competition but a good amount of searches. You really need to have software to do this as it is a time consuming activity. Also when it comes to purchasing domains, make sure you use your keyword phrase in the URL, as doing this alone can get you a good placement on Google. I have used this technique on the free Blogger platform and over the past year have earned several thousand dollars, frequently making sales within 24 hours of the blog going live.

Develop a product

Many people opt for affiliate marketing, but this area is very competitive and although I have dabbled I have had much more success by developing my own products. I started off by using free open source programming languages like Autoit and Autohotkey and Visual basic. Software sells well, and if you can find a product that fulfils a need you are well on the way to making a good living online. Time and time again we are told that “The money is in the list” and that statement is so very true. You need to invest in an autoresponder. I use Aweber and also a PHP based script called PHP Autoresponder both deliver targeted leads which are very responsive to my emails and broadcasts. One site I run is in the Self Improvement Niche,which I never touch and yet the site consistently makes me a couple of hundred dollars a month. In the Internet Marketing niche  I can easily make several hundred dollars overnight, just by writing an email, it really is awesome.

Use Social Networking and Signature links on forums

Using Social Networks and taking advantage of signature links in your forum profile can do wonders for your web traffic and sign ups to your list. it’s very rare that I’ll make a sale directly from a post on Twitter but I will get visitors and subscribers on my blogs.

Start doing Joint Ventures

If you’ve established a good reputation and have a quality product to offer then partnering with other people in your niche can be very lucrative. This article describes a technique which I successfully use to make a regular online income. It’s the avenue that anybody should take if they want to get into Internet marketing but do not have any money to invest in hosting or design.
It’s surprisingly simple too, all you need is a product to advertise, a free blogger blog , a and blogger squeeze page template. The only other thing you have to do is to promote the free blogger blog on niche related forums, Yahoo answers, twitter and a few good article directories.
First and foremost you need to find a niche and perform thorough keyword research. A good place to get ideas is Google’s wonder wheel. This little enhancement to the search facility is a valuable tool as it displays graphically, keywords related to your search phrase. Using the wonder wheel will present you with a lot of good keyword phrase ideas. You can also drill down through the wonder wheel to discover some real gems. Another tool you should be using is the Google Adwords External tool. This will give you a good idea of the competition that is out there and may reveal some profitable keywords which are not being exploited by paid advertisers. Keyword research is such an important facet of the Internet marketing process and it’s something that you really have to get right if you want to make a good living online from free traffic.
Another thing to consider, once you have found the keyword phrase that you’re going to target is using the keyword phrase in your free blogger domain name. For example, if my area of interest was blogger squeeze pages,Then I would Use this phrase as my blogger domain name. This is such a simple technique and yet so many people overlook it and opt for a domain name which bears no relevance to the product they are promoting.
Once you have set up your Blogger account, go to the design options of the blog and upload your squeeze page theme. You can then use this simple one-page website to to promote a product of your own on that of an affiliates. The next thing to do is to start promoting your free blog. You can do this by joining forums related to your niche and by creating a signature file which points to your free blogger blog. Other places to promote your blog worth considering are twitter, Yahoo! Answers, indeed anywhere where people are discussing the product which you are promoting. Get your twitter account to schedule posts advertising your blog, it’s not too complicated to completely automate your Twitter account and there are several account management applications available online. Just pick one which you can easily afford and get that working for you.
I was amazed when I started using this method of making money online, in the past I always used paid hosting (I still do to some extent) and so I had the costs associated with the hosting. Nowadays however, I have several of these free blogger blogs which are consistently making me money online. I think this truly is the best option open to anybody who wants to make money from Internet marketing but doesn’t have the resources to invest in advertising.
